About the role
- Design engaging, functional experiences — from wireframes all the way to clickable prototypes
- Map user journeys, process flows, and screen layouts that explain the "why" behind designs
- Collaborate with Lead UX Designer, Product Owners, BAs, Engineers, and SMEs to refine ideas
- Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to inform designs
- Apply and contribute to the EventsAir Design System for consistency across the platform
- Participate in large initiatives and design reviews, lending creative input
- Clearly communicate design intent to developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Champion accessibility, usability, and consistency across the product
- Shape how thousands of users experience EventsAir by turning complex problems into elegant solutions
Requirements
- 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience (bonus points if it’s in SaaS or tech products)
- A portfolio showcasing user-centred design, wireframes, and prototypes
- Fluency in Figma and other design essentials
- Experience using AI-powered design tools to speed workflows
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally
- Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for crafting quality design that balances creativity with pragmatism
