About the role
- Run onboarding from signed offer to 30-day milestone; track onboarding success and shorten ramp times
- Own employee surveys end-to-end: design, analyze, and help teams follow through on the results
- Drive culture rituals: All Hands, weekly syncs, recognition programs tied to values—not vibes
- Maintain and evolve TriNet dashboards (or similar PEO platform) to report on headcount, attrition, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Manage remote workforce engagement and cross-office cohesion with structured systems (not just Slack threads)
- Support performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotion cycles (optional but nice to have
- Partner with the People team on career frameworks, internal documentation, and well-being programs
Requirements
- Experience in People Ops or HR Generalist roles at a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Confident working with survey tools, people analytics, and PEO platforms (TriNet, Rippling, etc.)
- Familiar with California and multi-state employment lawBackground in onboarding, employee lifecycle design, or culture at scale
- Clear communicator, especially when dealing with sensitive or confidential issues
- Values data over vibes when making People decisions
