Overseeing Evans’ prime contracts and related subcontracts.
Providing full lifecycle contract administration and ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Managing the administration of prime contracts and subcontracts throughout their lifecycle.
Analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), solicitations, draft contracts, and related documents.
Recommending strategies for contractual risks or challenges.
Preparing specialized responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
Serving as a primary point of contact for contractual matters.
Providing guidance on contract negotiations, Statements of Work, and other contractual terms.
Collaborating with Accounting and Finance for compliance in financial policies.
Supporting Business Development for competitive terms and conditions.
Ensuring signed contracts are communicated for visibility and implementation support.
Managing contract change control processes and compliance monitoring.
Overseeing Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
Performing contract and subcontract closeout activities.
Maintaining compliance with government systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
NCMA CFCM qualification desired.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Contracts and Subcontracts Administration and Management in the government contractor environment.
Experience with federal government contracting.
Knowledge of contracting and subcontracting theories, principles and practices with a solid knowledge with various types of contracts (e.g., Cost Plus, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, GWAC, GSA Schedules, BPAs).
Ability to draft moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments.
Working knowledge of contracting concepts, specifically the FAR, CAS, and TINA requirements applicable in federal government contracting.
Good presentation, leadership and team-building skills.
Use of independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues.
Excellent internal and external negotiation skills.
Excellent oral, written communication skills and comprehension.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in software and tools specific to the role (e.g., project management, records management, customer procurement systems, MS Office).
