About the role

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new revenue opportunities across the Eastern U.S.
  • Build and execute territory business plans aligned with North America growth objectives.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for enterprise and government verticals.
  • Drive direct engagement with large enterprise customers and state/federal agencies.
  • Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales engineering, product, and operations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Recruit, enable, and grow strategic distribution partners.
  • Support joint business planning and pipeline development with DPs.
  • Identify competitive threats (LEO, GEO, Fiber, 5G) and position differentiated value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Deliver monthly pipeline reviews and quarterly business updates.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in telecommunications, satellite, or enterprise network services.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B complex solution sales ($500K+ deal size preferred).
  • Experience selling into enterprise, public sector, or mobility verticals.
  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in matrixed international organizations.
  • Willingness to travel (30–50%).
