Business Analyst

• Be responsible for defining and implementing the revenue management strategy and optimisation for a dedicated portfolio of routes, in line with our commercial objectives.
• Monitor daily business performance by analysing revenue, volume and repricing strategies to ensure market demand shifts or any supply constraints are reflected.
• Contribute to schedule decisions, trade-offs on capacity adjustments and sellable capacity by station.
• Ensure optimal use of the Revenue Management System to drive automation of pricing actions and other relevant features.
• Manage the availability of promotions and offers to maximise train load factors and reduce distressed inventory.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting to ensure the right KPIs and formats are available so that fast decisions can be made and demand trends understood.
• Be responsible for authorising group bookings where applicable and build strong relationships with the commercial/sales team.
• Be involved in revenue management, cross-departmental and company-wide projects related to revenue growth or process optimisation.

Revenue Management Analyst

Sales

• Provide day-to-day support to the Indirect Sales team and Customer Service by producing ad hoc analyses, monitoring performance, managing operational requests, and ensuring the reliability of data and key indicators.
• Design, maintain and optimize automated reports and Power BI dashboards to ensure reliable tracking of KPIs, revenue targets and budget data, while supporting decision-making across stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve databases, dataflows and reference files (master files, POS mapping, integration of revenue targets), in collaboration with BI and business teams, to ensure consistency, quality and performance of reporting tools.
• Contribute to the automation of reporting and communication processes (newsletters, dashboards, analyses), produce market and revenue performance analyses, and develop customer and business insights using advanced analytical approaches and innovative data- and AI-based solutions.

Sales Performance Analyst – VIE

Human Resources

• Ensure day-to-day management of the Human Resources function: preparing declarations to social authorities, drafting employment contracts, administrative follow-up of personnel files (contracts, leave), and updating administrative and social procedures.
• Provide support to the whole HR team and report to the Head of Administration.
