Business Analyst

• Define and implement revenue management strategies for a dedicated route portfolio, integrating capacity and transport plan changes.
• Monitor daily performance by analysing revenue, demand, and system forecasts, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with Management.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis into demand patterns, customer behaviour, and operational metrics to inform strategy and decision‑making.
• Contribute to timetable and capacity decisions for your route.
• Ensure effective use, configuration, and monitoring of the Revenue Management System to deliver accurate forecasts and automated optimisation.
• Manage availability for promotions and offers to maximise load factor and minimise distressed inventory.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting and KPI frameworks to enable quick, data‑driven decisions.
• Oversee group booking authorisations (where applicable) and maintain strong collaboration with Sales, monitoring on‑hold bookings closely to protect revenue integrity.

Revenue Management Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensure delivery of external financial reporting and audit deliverables for Eurostar Group (statutory and non-statutory), meeting shareholder, lender, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the Group’s critical accounting estimates, judgements, and other significant accounting matters.
• Help to define and embed Eurostar Group’s IFRS accounting policies and interpretations, ensuring consistent application across all Group entities and alignment with evolving IFRS requirements.
• Support delivery of sustainability-related financial reporting requirements (e.g. IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards).
• Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and internal controls, strengthening the control environment, audit readiness, and compliance across the Group.

Financial Reporting & Controls Manager

Payroll

• Ensure the correct and timely administration of salaries to optimally meet management’s administrative requirements and in accordance with employment contracts and social legislation;
• Carry out all required actions to ensure accurate, rigorous, and timely calculation of employee and director remuneration:
• Enter payroll data in our payroll management system;
• Ensure correct application of legal provisions (overtime, shift allowances, on-call duty, working time, transport expenses, etc.);
• Process changes received during the month: hires/terminations, career changes, changes in working time, address changes, dependents, sick leave, company car fringe benefit (ATN), etc.;
• Ensure statutory declarations and periodic payroll reporting (DIMONA, DMFA, DRS, certificates and social documents) and ensure compliance with the employer’s legal obligations;
• Advise and support employees on questions related to their pay, administrative file and employee benefits (insurances, special leave, career break/temporary career leave, pension, sick leave, various certificates, etc.);
• Regularly audit data and administrative files to guarantee the reliability of payroll and statutory declarations;
• Maintain all necessary contacts in the context of daily operations with service providers, suppliers or external authorities to ensure effective collaboration (social secretariats, etc.);
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Payroll and HR processes, notably by optimizing tools and IT applications;
• Keep up to date with social legislation, payroll taxation and internal procedures to ensure compliant, high-quality service.
• Assist the HR Administration Manager in implementing and delivering projects related to compensation, salary systems, payroll and fringe benefits to contribute to the department’s objectives;
• Monitor the rollout of the Compensation & Benefits strategy in collaboration with the HR Administration Manager;
• Provide support for remuneration programs and salary systems;
• Assist the HR administration team in HR internal communications related to payroll and the administration of individual employee files.
• Provide accounting with cost-center breakdowns for all payroll-related invoices and other items;
• Establish an internal control (audit) plan to ensure payroll processes and calculations comply with Belgian social legislation and the company’s internal policies.

Payroll Officer

• Be responsible for defining and implementing the revenue management strategy and optimisation for a dedicated portfolio of routes, in line with our commercial objectives.
• Monitor daily business performance by analysing revenue, volume and repricing strategies to ensure market demand shifts or any supply constraints are reflected.
• Contribute to schedule decisions, trade-offs on capacity adjustments and sellable capacity by station.
• Ensure optimal use of the Revenue Management System to drive automation of pricing actions and other relevant features.
• Manage the availability of promotions and offers to maximise train load factors and reduce distressed inventory.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting to ensure the right KPIs and formats are available so that fast decisions can be made and demand trends understood.
• Be responsible for authorising group bookings where applicable and build strong relationships with the commercial/sales team.
• Be involved in revenue management, cross-departmental and company-wide projects related to revenue growth or process optimisation.
