About the role

  • Identifying new sales opportunities within new and existing client logos
  • Building a reliable and repeatable sales pipeline
  • Running successful and well-managed trial processes
  • Building a clear understanding of 9fin’s value proposition and communicating this to clients via demos
  • Negotiating and closing new business, delivering the best possible price points
  • Clear record-keeping and forecasting via Salesforce
  • Sharing ideas with senior management to help shape the sales team’s processes and inform best practices
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure 9fin’s product is optimised for the client

Requirements

  • Relevant Account Executive experience (Capital Markets, B2B Sales or Business Development)
  • A strong knowledge of financial markets would be ideal, and a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships within buyside, sellside & advisory community
  • A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to plan and prioritise important tasks and work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills conveying messages accurately and concisely
  • Team player, but also able to work effectively alone (help is always at hand if you need though!)
  • Existing relationships / network within the Leveraged Finance community would be beneficial
