About the role

  • Achieve the strategic goals of Retail Business Banking as well as ensure the smooth operation of relevant activities throughout the Area Market.
  • Manage and develop assigned Prime Customer portfolios as well as attracting new customers.
  • Proactively research market trends and monitor the competition.
  • Collaborate with Senior RBB RM, Branch Managers and other branch staff of the Area to achieve common business goals.

Requirements

  • Have 2 years’ work experience in the Branch Network or similar industry.
  • At least 1 year experience as an RBB RM is desirable.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or other field of studies.
  • Postgraduate degrees will be considered as an additional qualification.
  • Hold professional certifications in investment products and bancassurance.
  • High level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms
  • Good knowledge of English (written and verbal communication)
  • Focus on self-development and continuous learning.
