• Produce meaningful reports and perform thorough variance analyses of performance to evaluate operational performance — addressed to internal and external stakeholders and always meeting contractually defined deadlines (daily, monthly, annually).
• Continuously and on an ad-hoc basis determine and monetarily assess penalties, fines and other operational KPIs in accordance with contracts — including clear derivation of their impact on overall performance.
