• Designing and implementing complex ICT systems by integrating software and hardware components
• Installing, configuring and commissioning networked ICT systems
• Troubleshooting using expert and diagnostic systems
• Presenting system solutions

IT Systems Integration Specialist

• In 6 Monaten lernen Sie zusammen mit weiteren angehenden Kundenbetreuer*innen für Sicherheit, Sauberkeit, Information und Nahbarkeit im Zug zu sorgen
• Begonnen wird mit einem großen Theorieteil über Grundlagen in ÖPNV & SPNV, Bahnbetrieb, Technik, Tarif und vieles mehr
• Der praktische Teil findet in unseren Zügen statt
• Die bestandene Qualifizierung ist gleichzeitig der Start bei uns als Kundenbetreuer*in
