Systems Engineer

• Konzeption und Realisierung komplexer Systeme der ITK-Technik durch Integration von Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten
• Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme vernetzter ITK-Systeme
• Fehlerbehebung unter Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen
• Präsentation von Systemlösungen
• Möglichkeit, zwischen unseren Standorten Hamm und Düsseldorf zu wechseln

Ausbildung Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration

• Over a 6-month program, you will train together with other prospective Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board trains
• Theoretical modules covering the basics of local public transport (ÖPNV) & regional passenger rail (SPNV), railway operations, technical systems, fares and much more
• Practical on-board training in our trains following the theoretical instruction

• Develop and implement appropriate recruiting strategies for the respective target groups through continuous market monitoring
• Manage and shape the entire recruiting process
• Advise managers on all recruiting-related matters
• Conduct various selection procedures in collaboration with the hiring departments and support candidates throughout the entire process
• Review and qualify applications and conduct professional interviews
• Design and hold recruiting events
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruiting activities
• Serve as the point of contact for external partners and service providers, and represent the company in working groups/industry events/trade fairs on recruiting and HR topics
