About the role
- Develop and implement appropriate recruiting strategies for the respective target groups through continuous market monitoring
- Manage and shape the entire recruiting process
- Advise managers on all recruiting-related matters
- Conduct various selection procedures in collaboration with the hiring departments and support candidates throughout the entire process
- Review and qualify applications and conduct professional interviews
- Design and hold recruiting events
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruiting activities
- Serve as the point of contact for external partners and service providers, and represent the company in working groups/industry events/trade fairs on recruiting and HR topics
- Take on additional projects on various recruiting-related topics (e.g., social media recruiting, website updates)
Requirements
- Successfully completed university or college degree in business administration, social sciences, human resources or a related field
- Alternatively, commercial vocational training with further qualification (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann or Personaldienstleistungskaufmann)
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in the transport sector or consulting environment, including strong interviewing skills and solid experience with various recruiting channels (e.g., database searches, job postings, social media, collaboration with recruitment agencies)
- Strong service and management orientation as well as excellent communication skills
- Enjoyment of direct contact with candidates
- Good MS Office skills and good written and spoken English
