About the role
- Etraveli Group: leading tech and fulfillment company for online sales of flights, operating OTA brands and strategic partnerships
- Role: Provider Relationship Manager acting as central coordinator and liaison between providers and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships tailored to Air content providers
- Act as bridge between providers and internal teams (product, tech, operations, commercial) to align efforts
- Engage senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure unified expectations and support for provider initiatives
- Translate company strategy into actionable provider goals to drive growth, innovation, and competitive positioning
- Lead or participate in QBRs and operational meetings to track progress and resolve issues
- Monitor provider outputs against KPIs and SLAs; proactively address risks and improvement opportunities
- Identify and escalate operational or strategic risks and facilitate timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to commercial terms, service levels, and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field
- Experience in provider/vendor management, partner relations, or key account management
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing external partners
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g. product, tech, operations, commercial)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to translate business strategy into clear provider actions and goals
- Experience working with KPIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation fundamentals
- Nice to have: Background in travel, airline, OTA, or platform-based business
