About the role
- Identify and qualify prospective customers for products/services
- Develop territory plan based on regional strategy
- Engage potential customers and align outreach efforts with sales and marketing teams
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Nurture leads through targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Salesloft)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
