About the role

  • Research prospective clients: partner with Commercial Directors to understand target organizations and build lead lists for potential outreach
  • Targeted outreach: support strategic outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Monitor inbound leads: assist in following up with inbound leads and coordinate introductory calls as needed
  • Maintain CRM records: ensure timely data entry of any prospecting efforts are maintained within the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Deal support: partner with Commercial Directors at any phase of the deal cycle to ensure the deal continues to progress.
  • Events: Additional responsibilities may include attending lead generation events and providing sales support on site.
  • Sales Operations assistance: On occasion, sales development representatives may support post-sales analysis to improve sales win-rates and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience engaging prospects through various cold outreach methods
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Comfortability with changing strategy and experimenting with new tactics
  • Results oriented and a willingness to learn
  • 1-2 years of cold outreach or lead generation experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the customer experience or SaaS industry
