Research prospective clients: partner with Commercial Directors to understand target organizations and build lead lists for potential outreach
Targeted outreach: support strategic outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
Monitor inbound leads: assist in following up with inbound leads and coordinate introductory calls as needed
Maintain CRM records: ensure timely data entry of any prospecting efforts are maintained within the CRM (HubSpot)
Deal support: partner with Commercial Directors at any phase of the deal cycle to ensure the deal continues to progress.
Events: Additional responsibilities may include attending lead generation events and providing sales support on site.
Sales Operations assistance: On occasion, sales development representatives may support post-sales analysis to improve sales win-rates and efficiencies.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience engaging prospects through various cold outreach methods
Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Comfortability with changing strategy and experimenting with new tactics
Results oriented and a willingness to learn
1-2 years of cold outreach or lead generation experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the customer experience or SaaS industry
