About the role

  • Proactively drive sales growth by identifying and securing new opportunities with installers and main contractors.
  • Set and negotiate pricing and terms to deliver profitable, sustainable revenue.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Influence purchasing decisions by presenting strong technical, aesthetic, and commercial solutions.
  • Own and manage a robust pipeline from first contact through to project delivery.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to develop strategic plans that grow market share.
  • Gather and share market insights, customer feedback, and intelligence to support product and pricing decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to the HoS on market activity, trends, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, managing leads, project stages, and customer engagement.
  • Apply best practices in pipeline management, lead conversion, and follow‑up.
  • Use sales enablement tools to support decision‑making and enhance customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including fabricators, installers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to ensure alignment across sales, technical support, and brand strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven business development or field sales experience, within construction, ideally within the Façade sector
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to win and grow profitable business
  • Excellent relationship‑building abilities with installers, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Confident managing a full sales pipeline and using CRM systems effectively
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present technical and commercial solutions persuasively.
