About the role

  • Lead and coach a sales team of three, ensuring high performance and growth
  • Own and deliver £25M+ annual revenue through net new logos and account growth
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CxO and senior technology leaders
  • Lead complex sales cycles from origination to close, including proposals, bids, and commercials
  • Define and execute account strategies in collaboration with marketing, delivery, and partners
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback into esynergy’s go-to-market positioning
  • Partner with delivery to ensure seamless handover and long-term account success
  • Shape go-to-market plays that deliver measurable business impact

Requirements

  • Proven track record of enterprise sales in cloud, data, AI and digital consulting
  • Experience winning net new private sector clients (financial services, fintech, insurance, misc.)
  • Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and deepening strategic partnerships
  • Skilled in navigating complex procurement cycles and long lead-time sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence CxO decision-makers
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales team
  • Deep understanding of cloud, data, and emerging technology trends
  • Proven track record of winning new business
