About the role

  • Develop new and secure incremental revenue and market share through warehousing sales for assigned station
  • Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in new and existing accounts
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed new business revenue goals
  • Close deals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide prospects to purchase
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships via calls, emails, networking, and referrals
  • Cross-sell the company’s suite of products and collaborate with marketing and customer support
  • Utilize EFW CRM and maintain pipeline of qualified leads
  • Provide post-sale support; facilitate client and operations meetings to evaluate performance
  • Collaborate with operational staff across multiple sites to meet customer expectations
  • Assist in competitive market analysis, complete administrative functions, and report sales activity
  • Maintain expertise in products/services and keep abreast of industry technology and innovations
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience and 4 years industry experience (combination considered)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; EFW will not sponsor
  • Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure; handle stress professionally
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job-specific software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal, consulting, and presentation skills
  • Organizational, problem identification and resolution skills at strategic and functional levels
  • Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory compliance related to supply chain/transportation
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials; meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication, spelling, and grammar
  • Ability to plan, organize, manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Advanced problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and ability to present to executives
