Manage territory logistics such as inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH, and salesforce
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities
Coordinate with marketing and leadership team to ensure appropriate utilization of resources
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and execute marketing strategy
Manage territory expense budget while executing educational engagement
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and execute trade shows
Stay current with industry trends to improve sales execution
Develop and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, office staff, coordinators, and hospital personnel
Educate and act as a consultant for breast device cases
Requirements
Experience on medical devices sales
Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred
Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries)
Bachelor's Degree
Hands on and proactive attitude
Able to work within an evolving environment
Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work independently
Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
Strong communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
Able to work with a team as well as independently in fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing Program/Project execution
Experience navigating hospital VAC processes
