About the role

  • Drive revenue for the breast device portfolio
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and Reconstructive expanders
  • Manage territory logistics such as inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH, and salesforce
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities
  • Coordinate with marketing and leadership team to ensure appropriate utilization of resources
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and execute marketing strategy
  • Manage territory expense budget while executing educational engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and execute trade shows
  • Stay current with industry trends to improve sales execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, office staff, coordinators, and hospital personnel
  • Educate and act as a consultant for breast device cases

Requirements

  • Experience on medical devices sales
  • Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred
  • Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Hands on and proactive attitude
  • Able to work within an evolving environment
  • Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Able to work with a team as well as independently in fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing Program/Project execution
  • Experience navigating hospital VAC processes
