About the role

  • Manage both new and existing accounts across your region
  • Understand customer needs and recognise differences across Home Care and Acute
  • Use CRM tools for planning and prioritising accounts
  • Build strong relationships with Decision Making Units (DMUs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Support the delivery and monitoring of Territory Business Plans
  • Contribute to the Tender Excellence process for all Care at Home customers
  • Execute marketing campaigns to support sales targets
  • Produce monthly business analysis to identify profitability, opportunities, and risks
  • Lead Business Review meetings and proactively support sales progression
  • Coach and support team members where needed

Requirements

  • Experience in tendering (desirable)
  • Strong relationship-builder and communicator
  • Sales-focused and results-driven
  • Skilled at planning and organisation
  • A confident presenter and trainer
  • Analytical, with good problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable drawing on clinical experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Full driving license required
  • Ability to travel across the region.
