About the role
- Manage both new and existing accounts across your region
- Understand customer needs and recognise differences across Home Care and Acute
- Use CRM tools for planning and prioritising accounts
- Build strong relationships with Decision Making Units (DMUs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Support the delivery and monitoring of Territory Business Plans
- Contribute to the Tender Excellence process for all Care at Home customers
- Execute marketing campaigns to support sales targets
- Produce monthly business analysis to identify profitability, opportunities, and risks
- Lead Business Review meetings and proactively support sales progression
- Coach and support team members where needed
Requirements
- Experience in tendering (desirable)
- Strong relationship-builder and communicator
- Sales-focused and results-driven
- Skilled at planning and organisation
- A confident presenter and trainer
- Analytical, with good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable drawing on clinical experience (desirable but not essential)
- Full driving license required
- Ability to travel across the region.
