About the role
- Spearhead the expansion of sales channels and drive significant revenue growth
- Identify and qualify high-potential sales channels quarterly
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to evaluate channel viability
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential distributors and prime retailers
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for each new channel
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Own revenue targets for new channels, with quarterly and annual goals tied directly to compensation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, channel sales, or related role
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to identify, engage, and convert cold leads into strategic partnerships
- Exceptional research, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
- Outstanding negotiation skills with experience closing 6-7 figure partnership deals
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales analytics tools
