About the role
- Manage a regional portfolio to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors
- Create a sustainable local pipeline for major gifts
- Partner with local foundation board and health system leaders
- Coordinate with systemwide development staff to align strategies
- Monitor, track and report on donor relationship progress
- Strategic management of local foundation budget
- Develop data lists, proposals, assets, and events to support Foundation plan
- Present and update fundraising plan results to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of development, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM (Raisers Edge or Sales Force preferred)
- CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) preferred
