About the role
- Manage the day-to-day product development process for your feature areas and projects
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with engineering and design
- Track progress, highlighting risks and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Support QA to validate that features meet requirements before release
- Coordinate releases, including documentation and communication to internal teams
- Partner with Customer Success and Support to understand issues, triage bugs, and drive resolutions
- Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform improvements
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in SaaS or HR tech is a nice to have for this entry level role
- Strong execution skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
