About the role
- Participate in Acuity's two-year Leadership Program with six-month rotations
- Rotate within Data, Applications, DevOps, Database Engineering, and Product Management
- Work on data movement, cleansing, transformations, analytics, and metrics development
- Support business- and product-focused applications
- Engage in platform, cloud, and infrastructure (DevOps) work
- Receive specialized onboarding and one-on-one mentorship
- Attend social, networking, and leadership report-out meetings
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to build business acumen and skills
- Start employment on January 12, 2026 and work remotely from the United States
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated time-management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to travel up to 20%
- Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes (highly preferred)
- Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative (highly preferred)
- Less than two years of related work experience (highly preferred)
