About the role

  • Clean, process, and quality-check language-based datasets
  • Review and interpret consumer responses, identifying data integrity issues
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover both the what and the why behind consumer behaviour
  • Carry out desk research into technology, UX, and cultural trends in the Korean market
  • Translate data into clear, compelling insights and trends
  • Contribute to professional, client-ready outputs in a range of formats, working closely with senior consultants
  • Support lead Consultants and the broader Account team in nurturing client relationships
  • Develop confident presentation skills, including co-presenting insights to clients
  • Participate actively in team discussions, workshops, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Korean and English
  • Strong numerical literacy, including high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data functions)
  • A genuine interest in technology, UX, and digital culture
  • Strong online empathy and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with Korean communities
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow
