About the role
- Clean, process, and quality-check language-based datasets
- Review and interpret consumer responses, identifying data integrity issues
- Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover both the what and the why behind consumer behaviour
- Carry out desk research into technology, UX, and cultural trends in the Brazilian market
- Translate data into clear, compelling insights and trends
- Contribute to professional, client-ready outputs in a range of formats, working closely with senior consultants
- Support lead Consultants and the broader Account team in nurturing client relationships
- Develop confident presentation skills, including co-presenting insights to clients
- Participate actively in team discussions, workshops, and client meetings
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Portuguese (Brazilian) and English
- Strong numerical literacy, including high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data functions)
- A genuine interest in technology, UX, and digital culture
- Strong online empathy and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with Brazilian communities
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (Nice to have)
