About the role
- Supervise a team of individual contributors manufacturing Resideo's products
- Lead plant maintenance program
- Directly supervise production operators
- Drive productivity improvements and enforce compliance
- Drive culture of continuous improvement and employee development
- Manage resources and talent in a dynamic environment
- Review quality output and coach team improvements
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams
- Apply work processes and standards to ensure quality and productivity
- Prioritize team workload and deliver site health, safety and environmental performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 year associates degree (preferred)
- Some relevant manufacturing experience
- Some relevant leadership experience
- Efficient with SAP software
- Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
- Conveys information with clarity and directness
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
