About the role
- Responsible for driving sales for specific customer accounts or region
- Achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives
- Increase sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers
- Increase the customer base and influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success
- Drive new customer leads to outside sales
- Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems
- Analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders
- Drive business growth by closing sales
- Improve systems, processes, or procedures to enhance efficiencies
- Share understanding of Resideo products, systems, and procedures to drive greater efficiency and increase team ability
- Identify Opportunities
- Plan Accounts
- Negotiate and Close
- Administrate Sales Cycle

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience
- Advanced degree
- Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently
- Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
- Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets
- Prior industry experience
