About the role
- Technical oversight of building services (electrical, HVAC & plumbing, MSR/BMS, fire protection) at branches as well as at Erste Campus & Canetti Tower
- Obtaining, reviewing and awarding quotations/offers, and monitoring ongoing contracts
- Execution of maintenance projects including site supervision (ÖBA) services, inspections/acceptances and billing
- Energy management, fault/incident handling and support for process and operational optimizations
- Independent coordination of maintenance contractors and the facility service provider, and support with budget planning and reordering
Requirements
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship/master craftsman, HTL, University of Applied Sciences) in electrical engineering, HVAC/plumbing, building services or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in technical facility management or building operations
- Solid technical understanding as well as basic commercial knowledge (budgeting, operating costs)
- Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills and a reliable, independent working style
- Willingness to travel to branches in Vienna & the surrounding area; very good German and good English skills
