About the role
- Accompany employees from onboarding to offboarding
- HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle
- Manage the time tracking system (Moonsoft)
- Responsible for occupational safety and occupational medical care in collaboration with the external safety specialist
- Prepare all payroll-relevant documents for the external payroll service
- Organize and execute events (e.g., company outings, Christmas parties)
- Prepare HR key figures, analyses and reports
- Create personnel documents based on templates
- Review and process employees' travel expense reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial education (preferably a university of applied sciences degree with a focus on HR)
- Relevant professional experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (labor law, social security law, payroll tax law)
- Willingness to think beyond immediate tasks
- Strong IT user skills
- Accuracy and punctuality
