Requirements
- Experience leading managers (second-line leadership) in a banking environment or a contact center
- Excellent communicator with strong assertiveness
- Passion for customer service and an excellent understanding of performance metrics
- Structured way of working – ideally with project management experience
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
