About the role
- Act as a Workday consulting resource on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
- Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing.
- Support clients during Annual Events such as Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc.
- Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for clear lines of communication and project alignment.
- Accurately maintain forecasts in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date on industry knowledge and Workday best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a Workday Benefits role.
- Employment is contingent upon obtaining Workday certifications with implementer access.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand Workday HCM + Benefits processes.
- Eager to grow and develop through independent solutioning and mentorship.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
