About the role

  • Act as a Workday consulting resource on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
  • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing.
  • Support clients during Annual Events such as Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for clear lines of communication and project alignment.
  • Accurately maintain forecasts in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date on industry knowledge and Workday best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a Workday Benefits role.
  • Employment is contingent upon obtaining Workday certifications with implementer access.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand Workday HCM + Benefits processes.
  • Eager to grow and develop through independent solutioning and mentorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
