About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to mining clients on regulatory strategies, permitting, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead delivery of environmental and social impact assessments for major capital projects
- Drive business growth leveraging industry relationships and technical expertise
- Recruit, mentor, and develop future ERM leaders
- Collaborate globally to share best practices and innovate solutions
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Geological Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Law, or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in capital project delivery, impact assessment, and permitting in Canada’s mining sector
- Deep understanding of federal and provincial legislation and permitting processes
- Proven track record of multi-million-dollar sales and successful project delivery
- Established relationships with mining companies and regulators
- Ability to engage positively with Indigenous organizations and governments
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards
- Bilingual (French, Spanish, or other languages) preferred
- Experience with mining sector projects and integrated sustainability solutions
