- Shape ERM’s CS&CC practice and influence the future of climate advisory services.
- Engage C-suite and Board leaders to integrate climate strategy into business strategy.
- Drive growth through innovative solutions for low-carbon economy transition.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of sustainability leaders.
- Position ERM as the trusted advisor for climate strategy and disclosure.
- Develop and expand strategic client relationships across North America.
- Originate and deliver high-impact climate advisory engagements, including climate risk and opportunity assessments, net-zero and science-based target setting, decarbonization strategy and implementation, ESG disclosure and investor engagement.
- Drive commercial strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.
- Collaborate with ERM’s global network to deliver integrated solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Ensure excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or corporate sustainability leadership.
- Proven track record with Fortune 500 firms including oil and gas, chemical, mining, power, infrastructure, technology and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrable success in delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales and winning strategic portfolios.
- Expertise in climate strategy, carbon accounting, risk assessment, and disclosure frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CDP, SASB).
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior executives on ESG priorities.
