• Responsible for client pick-ups and warehouse operations for our Council Bluffs, IA location
• Perform onsite client pickups of decommissioned IT equipment
• Ensure secure handling and transport in line with company and industry data security standards
• Support business development through client relationship management, client pickups, and warehouse operations—including inventory, packaging, and shipping
• Work with local scrap and recycling vendors
• Maintain accurate records and ensure processes support our required certifications
• Conduct onsite inventory of products being picked up
• Safely and securely load, transport, and unload goods
• Report on production and set goals for the team
• Drive warehouse operational and organizational excellence
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team
