About the role
- Prospect daily to uncover and qualify new enterprise healthcare opportunities
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through close
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, and provider networks
- Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions
- Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account expansion
- Retain and grow assigned healthcare accounts by developing deep, multi-level relationships
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM and sales analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, production, operations, and enablement teams to deliver effective solutions
- Optimize sales workflows using CRM tools, AI, and automation to increase efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine sales strategies
- Consistently achieve or exceed quota targets and support 20–30% revenue growth
- Model and promote ER2’s mission, values, and core behaviors in every client interaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or highly regulated industries
- Proven hunter mentality with documented quota achievement (multiple top 10% finishes preferred)
- Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles and executive-level decision-makers
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to clearly articulate value
- Comfortable prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new logo opportunities
- Confident, disciplined user of CRM and sales analytics tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and hit targets consistently
- Clear, concise communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable
- Adaptive and solution-focused in fast-changing environments
- Collaborative team player who shares best practices and contributes to team success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus
