About the role
- Responsible for the enterprise-wide design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee wellness programs
- Serve as a strategic partner across the organization to advance wellness initiatives
- Ensure wellness programs are effectively integrated with the broader benefits ecosystem
- Support the accuracy and integrity of benefits and wellness data
- Lead and support enterprise-wide wellness initiatives
- Partner in the development and execution of wellness communications and education
- Act as a subject-matter partner for employees and leaders
- Support the administration and system coordination of leave-of-absence and disability programs
- Play a key role in the strategy and execution of the annual open enrollment process
- Prepare and deliver benefits and wellness insights and reporting for leadership
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable federal and state regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience advancing physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing initiatives
- Highly developed organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field or experience in place of education
- At least three (3) years’ experience in benefits administration
- At least three (3) years’ experience with wellness program design, coordination, administration, and management
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification credential
- Corporate Wellness Coach Certification
