About the role
- Act as trusted advisor for short-term and long-term talent needs
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, success criteria and hiring timelines
- Manage end-to-end interview process, coordinating schedules and providing candidate coaching to ensure positive experiences and timely decisions
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers
- Present weekly pipeline updates and provide management with market intelligence data to inform hiring decisions
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools for high-demand technical roles through direct sourcing and networking; Engage with passive candidates
- Stay current on IT talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging recruitment technologies
- Adapt sourcing strategies for different regional talent markets (North America, Europe, LAT AM, Asia, etc.)
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the ATS for audit and reporting purposes
- Leverage employee referral networks by engaging technical teams as brand ambassadors
- Participate in TA team retrospectives to share learnings and optimize recruitment strategies
- Organize recruitments events and develop effective and strategic partnerships
- Participate in global projects and new initiatives to support HR objectives and company branding aligned with the business goals
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relationship
- Minimum of 8 years of experience specializing in IT/Technology roles recruitment in agencies and corporate environments
- Proven experience in working on multiple IT positions in the field of Development, Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, Project Management, Business Analyst, Data Engineering, etc.
- Proven experience in building extensive IT candidate's networks
- Expected level of technical acumen and ability to understand and discuss technical requirements for IT roles
- Prior experience In ATS system preferably Workday and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge French and English (spoken and written)
