• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (telehealth) setting.
• Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, delivering 20-26 hours of direct care and completing administrative tasks for remaining time.
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings and supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and monitor ongoing patient and family needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR.
• Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain additional state licensure as requested; Equip covers licensure costs.
• Adhere to working hours Monday–Friday between 8am–8pm with 8-hour workdays and two late workdays per week aligned to patient population time zone.

Support Engineer

• Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program operating in all 50 states.
• Front-line technical resource delivering a reliable, considerate, and secure technology experience.
• Diagnose complex issues across endpoints, identity/access, networks, and collaboration platforms using CLI and logs.
• Own hardware/software troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for the service desk.
• Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks and knowledge articles to reduce time to resolution and re-opens.
• Track and report support KPIs (time to first response, MTTR, re-open rate, SLA attainment) and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate tickets, change records, and asset details so work is reviewable and audit-ready.
• Contribute to endpoint hygiene (patching coordination, baseline configuration checks) and provide training and guidance to users.

Role: Manage revenue recognition for the consolidated company; ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation across systems; work cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Product & Technology.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all revenue-related questions and reporting.
Automate reporting for revenue, AR and implicit price concession (IPC).
Regularly reconcile charges and collections from Equip’s billing system (AMD) to Equip’s EHR system and the bank.
Prepare monthly revenue and IPC entries and reconcile corresponding general ledger accounts.
Technical Accounting memo preparation for guidance application, policies and non-standard transactions.
Develop and document revenue accounting processes and procedures.
Review and interpret payor contracts to determine accounting implications.
Audit the pay rates sheet used in revenue reporting and billing to ensure revenue recognition and billing align with commercial contracts.
Monitor and report on AR days outstanding (DSO) by payor.
Work closely with the Revenue Cycle team to discuss reconciliation differences or payor-specific issues.
Partner with Finance to enhance payor-specific revenue forecasting.
Monitor and report on cash collections and uses regularly.
Physical Demands: Work is performed from home, with few requirements to travel.
