About the role
- Lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies across business operations to drive automation and increase employee productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, prototypes and iterates on new ideas, and implements robust technical safeguards.
- Play a key part in change management efforts to support company-wide adoption of AI tools and best practices.
- Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, end-to-end execution capability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-ROI opportunities for AI-driven process optimization.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate on, and deploy internal AI tools and systems that enhance employee productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI systems, continuously improving reliability, scalability, and impact.
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical standards, and internal security protocols.
- Develop and lead change management strategies to drive adoption of AI solutions across teams.
- Build and share internal expertise through documentation, tooling standards, and knowledge transfer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering or digital transformation, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML or automation implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and deploying secure, scalable AI systems.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with data pipeline development and integration into enterprise systems.
- Understanding of business process optimization and organizational change management.
