Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (telehealth) setting.
Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, delivering 20-26 hours of direct care and completing administrative tasks for remaining time.
Participate in initial and ongoing trainings and supervision.
Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and monitor ongoing patient and family needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers.
Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR.
Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
Maintain licensure in home state and obtain additional state licensure as requested; Equip covers licensure costs.
Adhere to working hours Monday–Friday between 8am–8pm with 8-hour workdays and two late workdays per week aligned to patient population time zone.
Requirements
Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy from at least one US state in this posting's time zone.
LPC Licensure preferred.
Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds and cultures, and with varying degrees of acuity.
Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (available until 8pm in your patient caseloads primary time zone).

Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment.
Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip).
