About the role

  • Shape the narrative for the DCOO and DIO LT—strategy updates, operational readouts, and business reviews.
  • Drive clarity and structure in executive discussions to accelerate decisions and alignment.
  • Lead the annual strategy cycle for DIO, ensuring enterprise direction is translated into clear operational goals, KPIs, and prioritized bodies of work.
  • Drive rollout, enablement, and change management to ensure new processes are adopted consistently across teams.
  • Convert ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives into clear, executable programs with defined scope, ownership, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Substantive experience in driving strategy, operations, consulting, and product operations of transformation at global scale
  • Deep expertise in operating model and process engineering, goal/OKR systems, and closed-loop performance management
  • Proven leadership of multi-team programs and financial performance levers
  • Ideally an MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent executive leadership experience
