Requirements
At least 18 years old or undergraduate student
Preference for undergraduate students planning to pursue a career in nonprofit work, public policy, or public service
Studying communications, marketing, multimedia, public relations, digital media/graphic design, nonprofit management, political science, or related field preferred
Not pursuing an undergraduate degree considered if at least 18 and strong interest in nonprofit communications
Demonstrated interest in and commitment to civil rights, gender equity, and social justice
Strong written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Canva preferred
Experience with video creation or editing preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to work well collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
