About the role
- Own and accurately process orders in full cycle from quote to invoicing in accordance with established guidelines, processes, and policies.
- Operate with the guiding principles of simplify, automate, elevate, delight.
- Provide clear communication of order status for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure quality of order and invoice data in Salesforce, NetSuite, Avalara, and other internal systems that support sales and production.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to manage and swiftly resolve all issues relating to orders and invoicing.
- Actively engage with the global Order Operations team to ensure consistency of process across regions.
- Contribute to efforts to design, review, improve and present order processes to increase efficiency and system automation.
- Support a shared knowledge culture by contributing to documentation and training materials for the Order Operations team and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience with Order Operations.
- US billing experience desired.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Desire for continuous improvement.
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional attitude and demeanor.
- Experience with Salesforce and Order to Cash and related processes desired.
