About the role
- Work closely with line managers to understand business needs and set HR priorities.
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly touchpoints with business leaders, providing expert HR advisory support.
- Identify training needs and partner with L&D to align development programs with business objectives.
- Support talent selection and development to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Ensure our workforce has the right size, skills, cost, and agility to meet future challenges.
- Provide guidance on performance management—including mentoring, coaching, and career planning.
- Optimize organizational design to boost productivity and enhance business performance.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, advising leaders accordingly.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Partner with leaders and employees to resolve conflicts, strengthen morale, and reduce unwanted turnover.
- Work closely with HR colleagues to implement innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to a future-ready compensation and benefits strategy.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an SSC (Shared Service Center) environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and HR systems (HCM).
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
