About the role

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and ICT teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Lead the development of a coherent application strategy for integrating legacy systems across the Region.
  • Drive end-to-end SAP programs, including rollout, migration, and integration across manufacturing sites.
  • Optimize manufacturing (MtO/MtS), logistics, and planning processes using SAP and complementary platforms (Coupa, IMMEX, Carta Porte).
  • Oversee integration between SAP and enterprise systems (EAM, WFM, Salesforce, Concur, Boomi).
  • Guide change management initiatives by activating competence centers and key user networks.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with managers across Epta to execute strategic digital projects.
  • Propose transformational software solutions that enhance operational flexibility and efficiency.
  • Provide support and guidance to users on ERP SAP S/4 functionalities and best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 supply chain/logistics modules (PP, SD, MM, WM) and manufacturing expertise.
  • Proven success coordinating process optimization and integration projects.
  • Project management skills; certifications in SAP, PMP, or Agile preferred.
  • Familiarity with architectures, integration frameworks (EAI, RPA), and data platforms (Data Lakes, DWH).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Bachelor's degree).
  • Languages: English (mandatory), Spanish (preferred).
