Sales Development Rep

• Manage end-to-end sales activities within your assigned territory, including lead generation, prospect engagement, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and execute regional growth plans for ePS Packaging’s portfolio of software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Deliver impactful, consultative sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and business value.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and territory reporting using Salesforce.
• Represent ePS Packaging at tradeshows, industry events, and customer meetings (up to 60% travel).
