About the role
- Manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads (with agency support)
- Carry out keyword research, write ad copy, and optimise campaigns for ROI
- Help manage and grow affiliate partnerships
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations
- Work with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and use A/B testing to keep campaigns competitive
- Be hands-on with campaigns to keep them optimised, cost-efficient, and driving converting traffic
- Work closely with agency partners and affiliates to maintain performance
- Support the marketing team to hit overall lead generation targets and meet ROAS/CPA metrics
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in PPC or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
- Confident with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of affiliate marketing
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to spot opportunities and issues early
- Comfortable managing multiple platforms without micromanagement
