About the role
- Leading end‑to‑end delivery of Epicor’s enterprise security and compliance initiatives, ensuring each program advances with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Driving alignment across engineering, product, cloud, security, and compliance teams to maintain shared priorities, remove barriers, and accelerate program execution.
- Creating detailed delivery plans, managing technical dependencies, and overseeing risk mitigation strategies across distributed architectures and solutions.
- Monitoring program progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying systemic risks, and implementing scalable mitigation approaches.
- Influencing technical strategy and aligning key program goals with Epicor’s long-term engineering and business roadmap.
- Partnering closely with engineering leaders and security experts to resolve complex technical issues and ensure program decisions meet architectural and compliance standards.
- Providing timely and transparent updates to senior and executive leadership, summarizing progress, risks, and recommendations to maintain organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with FedRAMP frameworks and implementing compliant systems at scale.
- Practical experience deploying and operationalizing Zero Trust architectures in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated leadership guiding and developing multi-discipline engineering teams.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to drive multiple, high‑impact workstreams.
- Advanced technical risk‑management skills and experience establishing long‑term governance models.
- Familiarity with program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- 11+ years of progressive professional experience.
- 6+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- 5+ years of industry-specific or technical program delivery experience.
