About the role

  • Act as the primary owner of the in-house requirement management tool
  • Design, develop, and implement new features to enhance functionality
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure reliability
  • Provide user support, documentation, and training
  • Contribute to system design and architecture of future traceability solutions
  • Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies for integration
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align system design with lifecycle needs
  • Lead initiatives to support and enhance release reports
  • Define, create, and maintain development and release processes related to traceability
  • Support release planning, execution, and compliance verification

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in software/tool development (Python or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of traceability systems and software process design
  • Experience with release management workflows (e.g., Git, CI/CD, version control)
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or similar languages
  • Knowledge of system design principles and software architecture
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with compliance standards and audits
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with requirement management tools
  • Nice-to-have: Background in automotive or other regulated industries
