- Technical management and overall system architecture

Requirements
- A Master of Science degree, or equivalent higher academic degree, or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in system development, requirements management, microwave theory, and experience with Matlab
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent initiative and leadership skills
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in working with people
