About the role

Drive product certification activities and act as Certification Coordinator ("spider in the web")
Collect and compile data and technical documentation to enable product compliance
Work closely with system engineers, the compliance department and all R&D engineering disciplines
Coordinate certification activities and people across international cross-functional teams
Support technical and certification leads and contribute to compliance-related tasks
Ensure products meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in project coordination and communication with stakeholders

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related technical field with a focus on cybersecurity
Experience with product development, standards and compliance, or product quality assurance
Interest in project management and coordinating certification activities and people
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
Highly beneficial: experience with CE marking and related standards
Highly beneficial: knowledge of IEC 60335-1:2010 & IEC 60335-2-107:2017
Highly beneficial: knowledge of RED (2014/53/EU) and related radio standards
Highly beneficial: knowledge of Cyber Security for Consumer IoT standards and EN 18031
Highly beneficial: knowledge of CRA (Cyber Resilience Act)
Highly beneficial: EMC emission and immunity standards (EN 301 489-1, -3, -17, -19, -52)
Highly beneficial: short range and cellular radio standards (EN 301 511, EN 301 908-1, EN 301 908-13, EN 300 328, EN 303 413, EN 300 220-2, EN 303 447)
Highly beneficial: ETL/UL/CSA/ANSI standards experience (UL 60335-1:2016 Ed.6, CSA C22.2#60335-1:2016 Ed.2, ANSI/OPEI 60335-2-107:2020 Ed.1, CSA C22.2#60335-2-107:2020 Ed.1)
Experience in technical lead and coordination of teams
Experience of working in large organizations
Ability to be on-site in Huskvarna (office presence required)
