Executive Assistant

• Own the Lead Pastor’s calendar in Google Calendar: schedule, reschedule, and protect blocks for sermon prep, prayer, family, and rest
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Lead Pastor: email, phone, and visitor screening
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including housing, transportation, registrations, and itineraries
• Handle administrative paperwork for the Lead Pastor: expense reports, reimbursements, time-off requests, mileage
• Engage as a member of Epicentre: lifegroup participation, Sunday serving, prayer gatherings, and staff meetings

Communications

• Lead Epicentre’s communications ministry within a focused part-time scope.
• Direct internal and external communications, directing digital platforms, social media, print and visual media, website, and email.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and General Administrator on shared work.
• Manage Epicentre’s internal communications platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Build toward two year-round volunteers serving on the Communications team.
